29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: (a) Worksite - Architectural Woodworking Shop: On or about 8/23/2017, the woodworking shop area, where wood boards were machine sanded, had explosive wood dust build-up in the duct work exhaust system, as well as the walls and overhead pipes and light fixtures.
