29 CFR 1910.184(c)(9): Whenever any sling is used, all employees were not kept clear of loads about to be lifted and of suspended loads:     a) Sharon Tube in Ferrell, PA, staging area in shipping department of Plant 2.  On or about August 29, 2017, and times prior thereto, employees used slings to attach loads of metal pipe to the hooks of the overhead crane.  The employees using the nylon slings were not kept clear of the loads that were about to be lifted.  An employee was injured when his leg became caught between two bundles of pipes as the load was being lifted.
