29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:    a) Decoration Area- On August 25, 2017, the employer failed to ensure that electrical equipment, such as the Square Welded Wall Boxes, was used in accordance with their listing and labeling.  These boxes are intended to serve as a wall mounted box and were found to be used as pendant boxes.     b) Tray Cutting Area- On August 25, 2017, the  employer failed to ensure that electrical equipment, such as the Appleton X Unilet Conduit Outlet Bodies, was used in accordance with their listing and labeling.  These bodies are intended to be used as a conduit pathway for turns and runs and not as multi outlet pendants boxes.      No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
