29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  (a) New residential construction on Lot #9, Second level top plate: On or about 08/29/2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic framing nail guns, in that eye protection was not provided or used as employees operated pneumatic tools at 120 PSI engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   (a) New residential construction located on Lot #9, Second floor top plates: On or about 08/29/2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 21-feet, 2-inches to the lower level, in that fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in the installation of ceiling trusses.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  (a) New residential construction located on Lot #9, Rear side: On or about 08/29/2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 11-feet, 4-inches to the lower level, in that the ladder used to access the upper landing surface was not extended at least 3-feet or secured to the structure to allow for access to the upper levels.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Ladders were used on surfaces which were not stable and level:  (a) New residential construction located on Lot #9, Rear side: On or about 08/29/2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 11-feet, 4-inches while using a ladder on a pile of lumber, in that the feet of the ladder was not set on a stable/level surface.
