29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: Patrocinio Garcia Hernandez, Lawrenceville, GA - On or about 12/06/2018, two employees and the supervisor were exposed to fall hazards of over 23-feet when performing framing work on a residential job site without fall protection systems. No training was provided to employees on the proper use of fall protection.
