29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Roof - On or about August 28, 2017, employees installing roof sheathing on a new two-story residence were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 16 feet onto earthen and concrete ground in that the workers were not fall protected. Fiorillo Construction Brothers LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1077424, citation number 2, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on February 19, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 246, Guyton, GA 31312.
