29 CFR 1917.111(b): Maximum safe load limits, in pounds per square foot (kilograms per square meter), of floors elevated above ground level, and pier structures over the water were not conspicuously posted in all cargo areas: Waterfront Dock Area: On or about August 30, 2017 and at times prior thereto, maximum safe load limits in the overwater dock area handling commercial fish were not conspicuously posted. This condition limited the information to employees that performed marine cargo handling in the area.
