Employees were entering the batch ovens to pull trailers and racks into and out of the ovens without wearing a aluminized protective coat. The ovens reach temperatures up to 400 degrees.     b). Powder Coating Department -  The employer did not provide personal protective equipment for employees who were exposed to 1,3,5-triglycidyl isocyanurate (TGIC), a skin sensitizer while powder spray coating metal parts in the spray booth, on or about August 31, 2017.     Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
