29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Adcock Insurance Agency, 315 W. Fletcher Ave. - employees in the process of roofing activities, on a 6 in 12 slope (vertical to horizontal) roof, were exposed to a 8'2" fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized, observed on or about 08/31/2017. Centerpoint Roofing & Sheetmetal Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1243596, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/2/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1721 Loriana St., in Brandon, FL.
