29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) At the Waterset Clubhouse, employees in the process of roofing activities, on a 5:12 slope roof, were exposed to a 23'-4" fall hazard, in that no fall protection system was utilized, or about 02/02/2018. Centerpoint Roofing & Sheetmetal Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1260239, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/2/2017, with respect to a workplace located at Adcock Insurance Agency, 315 W. Fletcher Ave, FL.
