29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Point Homes Construction Site: On or about June 31, 2017, two employees were observed working on the top plates of the frame to a newly constructed residential home without utilizing fall protection equipment. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard greater than 6-feet to the ground below. Nancy Garcia was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1134916, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on July 28, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 12024 North Breeze, El Paso, TX 79934.
