29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) On or about August 31, 2017 at a road construction worksite located at approximately 5327 U.S. Highway 10, Stevens Point, WI 54482 the employer's written hazard communication program did not describe how the employer would meet the criteria specified in this section, including but not limited to the methods or means to: a) Ensure containers of hazardous chemicals were labeled properly; b) Collect, maintain and make available Safety Data Sheets; c) Train employees in accordance with this section.
