On or about August 31, 2017: Employees working in spray operations and painting large partially enclosed metal pieces are exposed to respiratory hazards where blowback of paints such as but not limited Polane T Polyurethane Enamels, and Polane Catalysts occurs.  Employees wear a Bullard CC20 Series Airline Respirator for this process, however the employer did not have a written respiratory program.
