29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Protection was not provided to avoid damage to flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring which passed through doorways or other pinch points. (a) Location - 25 Derby Street, Salem, Ma: On or about 8/30/2017, an electrical extension cord which was supplying power to lighting, equipment and various tools within a trailer was pinched in the door of the trailer.
