This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6-feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): When inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill, the employer shall retrain the affected employee. Construction Site: On or about August 31, 2017, employees were observed working on a residential construction without the use of proper fall protection equipment demonstrating inadequacies in their fall protection training. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard.
