Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, shall be legibly marked to indicate its purpose, unless located and arranged so the purpose is evident:    On or about September 6, 2017, the employer failed to ensure that an electrical panel service feeder box was properly labeled to display the voltage and what equipment was being powered by the box.  In the rebuild barn, a 220V panel box was not labeled.  It provides power to the compressor and branch wiring lights.
