29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Services, feeders, and branch circuits. Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, shall be legibly marked to indicate its purpose, unless located and arranged so the purpose is evident: On or about September 6, 2017, the employer failed to ensure that an electrical panel service feeder box was properly labeled to display the voltage and what equipment was being powered by the box. In the rebuild barn, a 220V panel box was not labeled. It provides power to the compressor and branch wiring lights.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: On or about September 6, 2017, the employer failed to keep clear, access to the electrical panel service feeder box (220 volts) and its components. The electrical box was located in the rebuild barn area and was blocked by a significant amount of debris to include but not limited to a table, various wood pieces, spray paint cans and beverage bottles.
