29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a) Front Right Side Roof - Workers were attaching plywood to the floor joist/roof rafters not protected from falling approximately 25 feet outside of the structure to the ground and scrap materials below and 9 feet inside to the next lower level, on or about 9/1/2017.      Rosalino Rojas was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 904480, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/8/2013, with respect to a workplace located at Peabody Street NE, Lot 924, Washington DC 20049.     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet), in addition, documentation demonstrating the abatement is complete must be included with your certification.  This documentation may include, but is not limited to evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
