29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection / dismantling crews. On or about, September 05, 2017, an employee was working off a scaffold on a commercial building under construction without having a guard rail on all open sides of the scaffold. This condition exposed the employee to fall hazards greater than six feet.
