29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that each employee using ladders and/or stairways had been trained by a competent person in the standards contained in Subpart X: a) This violation occurred on or about September 5, 2017 when employees working and painting the south exterior sections of building one and using a Werner 40 foot aluminum extension ladder in the vicinity of overhead power lines had not been trained by a competent person in the standards contained in Subpart X.
