29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv): A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location was not suitable for the location: (a) In the employee breakroom a duplex receptacle installed next to the sink was not GFCI protected. (b) In the NRCS lab a duplex receptacle installed next to the sink was not GFCI protected. The USDA-NRCS was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.305(j)(2)(iv) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 962806, Notice number 1, Item 7 and was affirmed as a final order on April/30/ 2014 with respect to a workplace located at 815 E. Hwy 92, Winterset, IA 50273.
