29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: (a) Vail Resorts, Inc. DBA Mountain Thunder Lodge at 50 Mountain Thunder Dr. Breckenridge, CO 80424: On or before 9/11/2017 the employer did not ensure that secondary containers were adequately labeled. Housekeeping employees on the fourth floor use cleaning chemicals on a daily basis and the labeling on the spray bottles were hand written and did not include any information about the hazards associated with using these chemicals. This condition exposed employees to hazardous chemicals. (b) Vail Resorts, Inc. DBA Mountain Thunder Lodge at 50 Mountain Thunder Dr. Breckenridge, CO 80424: On or before 9/11/2017 the employer did not ensure that secondary containers were adequately labeled. Housekeeping employees on the third floor use cleaning chemicals on a daily basis and the labeling on the spray bottles were hand written and did not include any information about the hazards associated with using these chemicals. This condition exposed employees to hazardous chemicals.

DBA Mountain Thunder Lodge at 50 Mountain Thunder Dr. Breckenridge, CO 80424: On or before 9/11/2017 the employer did not maintain updated Safety Data Sheets in the workplace. Housekeeping employees use several chemicals in the performance of their duties and were not given correct information of the chemical hazards of the cleaning chemicals. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards such as: -terpenes -dimethyl ammoinuim chlorides -ammonium hydroxide -oxalic acid -mineral oil -pentane -tetrafluoroethane
