29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): On or about September 12, 2017, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 13 feet 3 inches when working from a scaffold during framing activities. The scaffold platform being utilized by the employees was not fully planked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports. A gap of greater than 1" was present between the last plank and the guardrail supports.
