29 CFR 1910.30(a)(3)(ii): Prior to any employee becoming exposed to a fall hazard, the employer did not ensure that all employees who use personal fall protection systems, or who is required to be trained, was adequately trained in the procedures to be followed to minimize those hazards. On or about September 12, 2017 two employees performing roof repairs to a building were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 24 feet and the employer did not ensure the employees were trained in the procedures to be used to minimize the hazards.
