WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.451(b)(1)(ii) OR ITS EQUIVALENT, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1052087, CITATION NUMBER 01 ITEM NUMBER 003A ISSUED ON 04/10/2015 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS FINAL ORDER ON 06/19/2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 41-24 LITTLE NECK PARKWAY, LITTLE NECK, NY 11363.
