29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a- Pump Jack Scaffold: CSHO observed an employee engaged in siding work from a pump jack scaffold in which the pump jack scaffold was missing end rails exposing the worker to fall hazards of approximately 18ft to the ground below.
