(b) On or about 08/01/2018, the employer failed to submit certification corrective action for citation 1, item 1b issued on 12/18/2017with an abatement due date of 01/08/2018. (c) On or about 08/01/2018, the employer failed to submit certification corrective action for citation 1, item 1c issued on 12/18/2017with an abatement due date of 01/08/2018. (d) On or about 08/01/2018, the employer failed to submit certification corrective action for citation 1, item 2 issued on 12/18/2017with an abatement due date of 01/08/2018.
