29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1): The employer did not certify to OSHA, within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, that the cited violation had been abated:  On or about March 26, 2018 the employer did not provide certification of corrective action for the following violations issued to the employer on December 18, 2017 with an initial abatement date of January 08, 2018 which were received by the employer on March 02, 2018 and became a final order on March 26, 2018 as a result of inspection 1264228:  (a)  On or about 08/01/2018, the employer failed to submit certification corrective action for citation 1, item 1a issued on 12/18/2017with an abatement due date of 01/08/2018.  (b)  On or about 08/01/2018, the employer failed to submit certification corrective action for citation 1, item 1b issued on 12/18/2017with an abatement due date of 01/08/2018.  (c)  On or about 08/01/2018, the employer failed to submit certification corrective action for citation 1, item 1c issued on 12/18/2017with an abatement due date of 01/08/2018.  (d) On or about 08/01/2018, the employer failed to submit certification corrective action for citation 1, item 2 issued on 12/18/2017with an abatement due date of 01/08/2018.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
