Frame Q does not ensure the use of eye protection while doing framing work using tools including but not limited to, a circular electric saw, an electric drill, a pneumatic nail gun and a hammer. This violation was most recently observed at 2475 6th St., Fort Lee NJ on the 1st floor deck level - front where four employees were not wearing any eye protection while engaged in framing activities using tools including but not limited to, a circular electric saw, an electric drill, a pneumatic nail gun and a hammer, on or about 4/3/17. To abate this violation the employer must ensure that its employees performing framing work are protected from eye injury and that no employee is allowed to be exposed to eye injuries without wearing proper eye protection.   Pursuant to 29 CFR  1903.19, Frame Q must submit documents describing the steps it is taking to ensure compliance, including a description of how these steps protect its employees from eye injury.      Frame Q LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.95(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 979064, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/22/14,  with respect to a workplace located at 18 Skyline Dr., Englewood Cliffs NJ.
