OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. (a) Location - 276 Mill Road, Chelmsford, MA On or about 09/12/2017, the employer did not ensure sufficient and correct temporary bracing was applied to the 38 ft wood trusses erected on site, exposing employees to fall and struck-by hazards. The employer did not follow the truss erection plan supplied by the manufacturer of the trusses.
