29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) On or about 09/20/2017 - 2891 Acton Road, Birmingham, AL, an employee installing shingles on a steep-sloped (5:12) roof was not protected from falls of approximately 20 feet.  b) On or about 09/20/2017 - 2891 Acton Road, Birmingham, AL, two employees working installing shingles on a steep-sloped (5:12) roof were not protected from falls of approximately 19 feet, 4 inches.
