29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(i): All 125-volt, single-phase, 15- and 20-ampere receptacles installed in bathrooms or on rooftops did not have ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel. At the Dept. of Agriculture NRCS Sigourney Iowa Extension the Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter in the women's restroom failed when tested with a GB501A tester.

29 CFR 1910.157(f)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not hydrostatically tested within the intervals specified in Table L1: At the Sigourney IA NRCS Extension, the Badger 250MB fire extinguisher was 13 years old and had not been hydrostatic tested or replaced at the 12 year interval as listed in table L-1. The extinguisher was located in Chevy Silverado A375980. The USDA-NRCS was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.157(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1214522, citation number1 , item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/5/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1898 Kountry Lane Ste 1 in Fort Dodge, IA 50501
