29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that was 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by one or more of the following:  Guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    Employees engaged in spray painting operations on top of generators ten to twenty feet above floor were exposed to a fall hazard because the employer does not provide an appropriate fall protection system.

29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2): All spraying areas were not kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily if necessary. Scrapers, spuds, or other such tools used for cleaning purposes were not of non-sparking material:    On or about September 21, 2017 employees removing the over spray residue from the floor of the spray were exposed to a fire hazard because the scraper being used for cleaning purposes was not of made of non-sparking material.
