Gavlinski Roofing and Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 588639 citation number 1, item number 3C, and was affirmed as a final order on September 18, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 4907 North Woodview, Peoria, IL, 61614.
