29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a) 995 Wilbraham Rd., Springfield, MA: On or about September 22, 2017, three employees were roofing this residence, more than 10 feet above the ground below without using any fall protection.  Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).  Jose Daniel Tacuri DBA JDT Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b) (13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1229927, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 1, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 12 Riverdale Ave., West Warwick, RI.
