29 CFR 1926.252(a): An enclosed chute of wood, or equivalent material, was not used where materials were dropped more than 20 feet to points lying outside the exterior walls of the building. a) South side of 1170 8th Avenue, Bethlehem, PA - on or about September 21, 2017, employees were dropping scrap material from six floors above grade to points lying outside the exterior walls of the building without an enclosed debris chute being in place.
