29 CFR 1910.213(g)(1): Swing cutoff saw(s) were not provided with an automatically adjusting hood that completely enclosed the upper half of the saw, the arbor end, and the point of operation at all positions of the saw: On or about August 21, 2017: a) Employees engaged in the process of making a squaring cut on a 14 in circular saw, were exposed to hazards associated with the installation of an inadequate guard. It was possible to access to the saw blade through the area above the material being cut.
