29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered:   a) Painting Area: On or about September 21, 2017 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure protective sleeves or other equivalent protective devices for the forearms was used while pouring and mixing paint products which exposed an employee to chemical burns and other injuries associated with exposures to hazardous chemicals.    b) First Stage Cleaner: On or about September 21, 2017 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure protective clothing was used  while transferring cleaning chemicals form their primary containers to a 750 gallon tank which exposed an employee to chemical burns and other injuries associated with exposures to hazardous chemicals.
