29 CFR 1926.854(h): Walls, which serve as retaining walls to support earth or adjoining structures, shall not be demolished until such earth has been properly braced or adjoining structures have been properly underpinned: a) 2003 South Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146 - The employer did not brace the concrete wall where its stability was endangered by excavation operations, thus exposing employees to struck-by and caught-in/between hazards. This condition was observed on or about September 25, 2017.
