Graber & Sons Construction, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1111274, citation number 02, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on May 18, 2016 , with respect to a workplace located at 506 Emmas Way, Champaign, IL.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about October 2, 2017, Graber and Sons Construction, LLC had employees exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet without fall protection while framing, on a residential construction site in Mahomet, Illinois. GRABER AND SONS CONSTRUCTION, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER: 1111274, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MARCH 21, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 506 EMMAS WAY, CHAMPAIGN, ILLINOIS 61822.
