On September 25, 2017 a maintenance employee was troubleshooting a problem with the chocolate pump.  He attempted to adjust the pneumatic valve without locking the machine out.    b.  On October 11, 2017 an employee was observed cleaning the feeder to the line one oven while the feeder arms were operating.  The lock out procedure was not utilized for this equipment while performing the cleaning operation.      Table Talk Pies was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(I), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1184995, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 14, 2017 , with respect to a workplace located at 28 Bowditch Dr., Shrewsbury, Massachusetts.   Table Talk Pies was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(I), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1114302, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 4, 2016 , with respect to a workplace located at 28 Bowditch Dr., Shrewsbury, Massachusetts.
