29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: Maintenance Shop: The work rest on the Dayton 7 inch pedestal grinder was not adjusted to 1/8th of an inch. The work rest was measured at one inch and 1/8th of inch away from the wheel from the abrasive wheel.
