29 CFR 1910.272(g)(4): The employer did not provide equipment for rescue operations, which was specifically suited for the bin, silo, or tank being entered: At the location of 204 Kansas 383, Dresden KS, employees entering bin/silo are exposed to engulfment and entrapment hazards, in that the observer outside the bin/silo does not have a hoist/winch in the vicinity in the event for rescue operations for the entrant in the bin/silo.
