29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 11645 Burbank Ct, Spanish Fort, Alabama:  On or about October 5, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 10 feet 2 inches to the ground below.   THE AMBROCIO LARA DBA AMBROCIO LARA WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 982396, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 3, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JULY 17, 2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 10737 GAHLIA CT, LOT 28, DAPHNE, ALABAMA AND IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 996637, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 3, 2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 10082 DUNMORE DR, DUNMORE SUBDIVISION, DAPHNE, ALABAMA .
