29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a)  At 9819 Cobham Park Dr. Daphne, Alabama:  On or about June 7, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed employees to operate pneumatic nails guns without eye protection while decking a roof exposing his employees to struck-by hazards.  THE AMBROCIO LARA DBA AMBROCIO LARA WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.102(A)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 982396, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JANUARY 5, 2018 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 10737 GAHLIA CT LOT 28, DAPHNE,  ALABAMA.
