THE AMBROCIO LARA DBA AMBROCIO LARA WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.102(A)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1321003, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JULY 31, 2018 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 9819 COBHAM PARK DR., DAPHNE, ALABAMA IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1350979, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JANUARY 24, 2019 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 23701 BLYTHEWOOD LANE DAPHNE, ALABAMA AND IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1330300, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON FEBRUARY 4, 2019 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 9565 CHAMBERWELL, DAPHNE, ALABAMA.
