29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a)  At 23701 Blythewood Lane, Daphne, Alabama:  On or about October 3, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed employees to operate pneumatic nail guns without eye protection while performing framing activities exposing his employees to struck-by hazards.  THE AMBROCIO LARA DBA AMBROCIO LARA WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.102(A)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 982396, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JANUARY 5, 2018 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 10737 GAHLIA CT LOT 28, DAPHNE,  ALABAMA AND IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1321003, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JULY 31, 2018 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 9819 COBHAM PARK DR., DAPHNE,  ALABAMA.
