29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7): 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7): Electrical equipment was not installed in a neat and workmanlike manner: a) Elevated concrete walkway between the docking berth and Fort Sumter: A 240 volt electrical panel box located over land on the Southwest side was not firmly attached to the metal support frame and was dangling from the frame due to being held in place with a plastic tie. It was also listing to the point of making physical contact with an adjacent electrical panel box.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1): Openings through which conductors enter boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed. a) Elevated concrete walkway between the docking berth and Fort Sumter: A 240 volt electrical panel box located over land on the Southwest side had a 1 inch opening on the south side of the box in which a "dead" plug and insulated conductors passed through, was not closed allowing the elements to enter the box.
