29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 308 Herrod Blvd., Dayton, NJ site - warehouse building 2: Employees who pick clothes from the elevated platforms located at ST06, ST05, ST04, and ST03 were not protected from falling by using a guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. The elevated platforms were approximately 7 feet above the floor. Condition noted on or about 10/17/2017.
