29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(8): Ladders placed in a location where they could be displaced by workplace activities or traffic, such as in passageways, doorways, or driveways, were not secured to prevent accidental displacement, nor was a barricade used to keep the activities or traffic away from the ladder:     On or about October 11, 2017, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet 6 inches when gaining access to and from a roof while using an extension ladder that was not secured to prevent accidental displacement.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     On or about October 11, 2017, employees were exposed to a fall hazards of approximately 8 feet 6 inches when performing roof work on the roof of a residence while not being protected from falling.    Crown Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 968871, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 10, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1317 Moss Creek Lane, Lot-C115 and Lot-C165 in Champions Gate, Florida.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift:  On or about October 11, 2017, at the above addressed site, employees were using chemicals including but not limited to Gasoline to fuel an air compressor while the employer did not maintain the safety data sheets for that product at the worksite.
