Safety data sheets for materials including, but not limited to, Scotch-Brite Quick Clean Griddle Liquid and Silver Power Enzyme Pre-soak were not maintained at the worksite nor was there a method/procedure in place to ensure SDSs could be provided to an employee requesting access to the document.
