29 CFR 1910.119(l)(1): The employer did not utilize written procedures to manage changes to process chemicals, technology, equipment, and procedures, and changes to facilities that affect a covered process: (a) Anhydrous ammonia refrigeration process: On or prior to 10/13/17, A written management of change procedure was not utilized to manage process changes associated with permanent removal of insulation and application of an epoxy coating to rooftop hot gas lines which was completed in late summer of 2017.
